How and where we work

Aside from our field sales team, you’ll find most of us at Interflora House in the heart of Sleaford – a beautiful market town in Lincolnshire. We all benefit from hybrid working that allows us to choose where and how we work – as long as we can get to the office on a weekly basis to spend time with the team. Of course, lots of people come to the office more often than that to benefit from our culture and the great working spaces on offer.

In our newly designed and refurbished workspace, we have a choice of over 80 ‘hot desks’ and 14 meeting rooms, as well as many different types of work areas to utilise throughout the day.

From the Library, perfect for quiet thinking time, to the Heartspace, ideal for chats over free freshly-ground coffee, to the Amphitheatre, made for bigger social, collaboration and group gatherings. There’s even variety in our 3 main work areas, which include; designated quiet desks, a ‘full bloom’ space for noisy day to day activities, breakout spaces, meeting pods and conferencing facilities – the choice is yours!
